Please do not raise the temperature of the hot tub over 103 degrees over Fahrenheit. There is a fail-safe that will turn it off.
Fireplace and Fire Table
Do not make s’mores over the fire table.
The upstairs fireplace is turned off from March to October. In addition, it is propane and has a timer on it.
No Smoking
This is a non-smoking home.
Water
Got cloudy water? Don’t worry! It’s simply aeration — tiny air bubbles that appear when the water comes out of the tap. It’s completely safe and clean to use for drinking, bathing, and everything else.
Doors
If you struggle to lock the exterior doors, lift up on the handle and then turn the lock.
Grill
The grill is propane, which is supplied.
Please do not relocate the grill per the fire code.
Access
The key to access the garage game room is in a lockbox on the front porch patio.
Garbage
Garbage is picked up every two days. If additional is needed, please contact our office.
